This 21 topper includes several smaller appliques including a 3 D scarf and actual jingle bells on the snowmen hats! The eyes and mouth are beaded and there is a fair amount of embellishment with decorative embroidery stitches throughout. The background sparkles with beaded snow. Pattern is suitable for an intermediate level, although a determined advanced beginner might succeed if patient with the many appliques and stitches.
